December is the time of year for baking. I have never made fudge before, but this year I decided to give it a whirl. It was so easy that I don’t think it could be messed up, even for people who generally have trouble making fudge. Luckily, the project turned out much better than the last cookies I “made”! It was yummy! I would add more marshmallows next time
12 oz bag Milk Chocolate chips
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 Graham Crackers
1 cup Mini Marshmallows
Melt the chocolate chips and milk over medium-low heat in a large pot. Stir until chips are all melted. Remove from heat. Break the graham cracker into small pieces and gently stir into the chocolate. Stir in the marshmallows last. Pour into a generously buttered 8×8 square baking dish. Cover and Refrigerate for 1 hour!
