Tilapia with Goat Cheese, White Wine & Spinach

We made some tilapia. Well, not just “some tilapia”, but some AMAZING tilapia. I have got to share the recipe with you. Even if you don’t like fish… you still must try it. If you truly don’t like it, bring the leftovers to my house Smile (Sorry I forgot a picture! We ate it all now.)

Tilapia with Goat Cheese, White Wine & Spinach

4 tilapia filets
1 bag fresh baby spinach
4 oz. crumbled goat cheese
dill weed
approximately 1 tablespoon lemon juice
olive oil
dry white wine (we used white grape juice)

Preheat oven to 350*.
Cover bottom of 13 x 9 glass dish with olive oil.
Place filets in dish and sprinkle lemon juice, white wine and dill weed.
Crumble 1 oz. goat cheese over each filet.
Cover each filet with spinach to taste
Bake for 25 minutes or until heated through.

  1. I am SO all over this! Our favorite is Buttery Parmesan Tilapia, ready in 6 minutes with your broiler. Turns into an amazing white sauce!!!!!!
