Adelynn LOVES parades. She and I went to the Christmas parade together. We froze, but we snuggled and had a fun time. She took her hands out from under the blanket several times to wave. We had a good thing going with the people next to us. They would pick up all the candy that landed near us and put over half in my chair pocket. We got the candy in the first place because of Adelynn’s presence. Pretty good deal.
Here she is at the Buhler Frolic parade. Her Granddad walked in the parade with his high school class, so she watched and waved… and got 3 ice cream bars.
And then my dad snagged a walking buddy
Such a good waver, either as a parade spectator or participant.
It was a long walk.
There was a day when Adelynn cleared out her sandbox. She just enjoyed the simplicity of the sand. I love it.
Playing together at Parents As Teachers Play group.
Ava wasn’t interested in sleeping on this night. She was bright eyed and bushy tailed.
The same with this night…
This was Ava’s first time swinging (taken this Summer).
This is an activity Adelynn came up with all by herself. Putting clothespins on my flip flops.
These guys have had homes for a few months now, but the pictures are still enjoyable to look back on.
It’s really amazing that these two aren’t related.
She got so fancy to go to the Zoo.
Ava just can’t quite make it through church.
She LOVES to fly her kite. She always wishes for wind.
When it’s not in flight, little sister also enjoys the kite.
This weather is so confusing…
